The way the road split and Brian's car drove off into the distance. At first I thought they'd just leave it with Brian and Mia on the beach with the sea going off into the horizon but then of course he turns up on the road.

It was a tiny, tiny bit cheesy (the cgi at the end) but actually entirely fantastic. The epilogue was almost the best part of the film. I really wondered what they were going to do with this fact and killing his character in the film was a possibility that I never thought they'd actually go through with.
